Imperfections such as small bubbles, kiln dust, and stilt marks are common in hand-painted and kiln-fired items. These do not affect usability and are not grounds for refunds or re-dos unless caused by a supplier fault.

Pottery is not an exact since and sometimes imperfections can be caused by no fault on any party. We will always try to fix items when these occur but can never guarantee items can be repaired fully.
-
We advise 3 layers of paint on pottery to ensure even coverage. If you go over the advised layers this can cause glaze to shiver (fall off when fired) we are not responsible for any glaze reactions caused by overuse of materials.
-
No food is permitted in the studio, as oils and grease can affect the glazing process. Any marks or imperfections caused by this will not be eligible for refunds or re-dos.

Once finished and in the customers care we do not offer any guarantee for your items.
