Host your special event with us at our bright and creative studio!
Exclusive use bookings
Have the studio all to yourself and have up to 20 guests attending. Our private bookings allow you to have exclusive use of the studio for 2 1/2 hours. A party package can also be added to your booking if you would like to have decorations added for a special occasion.
Weekdays off-peak.
Available on weekdays outside of school holidays (excluding Mondays and Tuesdays when we are closed).
There is a minimum spend of £250 for exclusive use of the studio. A 50% (£125) deposit is required to secure your booking.
If your group spends more than the minimum, your full deposit will be refunded. If your spend is lower, the remaining balance to be refunded is adjusted accordingly.
Weekends & Peak times
Weekends, during school holidays, and outside of normal opening hours.
The minimum spend for peak bookings is £300, with a 50% (£150) deposit of the minimum spend to secure your booking.
If your group spends more than the minimum, your full deposit will be refunded. If your spend is lower, the remaining balance to be refunded is adjusted accordingly.
For bookings outside of our standard opening hours, a £40 opening fee applies. This fee is not refundable and is separate from your minimum spend.
Party & Keepsake Package
£45 for up to 10 guests
£55 for 11–20 guests
This includes table balloons, a table runner, a banner, and a keepsake item.
The keepsake can be personalised to suit your celebration, whether that’s a birthday plate, a wedding piece, or something like a jug decorated with everyone’s fingerprints. It’s a lovely way to create something meaningful for the guest of honour to take home.
Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to secure all private bookings.
This deposit is separate from your spend on the day. On the day of your booking, your group will choose and pay for their items as normal.
If your group meets or exceeds the minimum spend, your deposit will be refunded in full after your visit.
If the minimum spend is not met, the deposit will be partially refunded, with the remaining amount used to make up the difference.
Cancellations & Changes
We understand that plans can change.
If you need to cancel or move your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. Where at least 7 days’ notice is given, we’re happy to transfer your deposit to a new date (subject to availability).
Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice, or if a booking is missed, may result in the deposit being retained.
We’ll always do our best to help rearrange where we can.
Non exclusive bookings of over 10 people
Bookings for up to 10 people can be booked online via our booking system here. If you would like to add a party package to a booking this can be added to table bookings of 8 or more. Please get in touch with us to arrange this for your booking.
For bookings over 10 people you can use the form above and select non-exclusive booking inside opening hours. Please note that these bookings must be within our opening times. Booking start times for mornings range between 10am and 11.30am and afternoon bookings from 1.30pm to 2pm.
